I (correctly) anticipated the plane/auto traveling accidents, the substance overdoses, the suicides; perhaps less so the cancers, but that's a leading cause of many deaths these days.
What I did not expect was the significant percentage of heart attacks/failure - that may be a fair representative percentage of the population as a whole, however.
The one that astonished me was Mr. Fogarty, from CCR. Tuberculosis In this day and age One has to wonder how it was never diagnosed much sooner, & why effective treatment wasn't given. I do know that it requires daily, sometimes hard to find medication. It's so rarely called for in the US that pharmacies generally have to to order it, as they don't keep it in stock. I know, because a friend of mine from Manila, Phillipines had it. The daily medication must be taken for a full year, without any significant lapses, and a skin test passed before you are considered clear. I imagine some people start on it, but quit after a couple months or so.

Jimi Hendrix was murdered. He asphyxiated on red wine yet had no wine in his stomach. They forced it down his throat. So many suspect details about his story that completely refute the idea of an OD.
RIP to all. It’s crazy seeing them all together like this. My hearts especially with the 27 club. So many brilliant artists fell to the curse.
Can’t believe how many people are on this list.

If Eminem didn't call an ambulance as quick as he did after overdosing methadone in 2007, who knows We may have lost one of the greatest rappers of all time at the age of 35. Thank God he's still here though. Anyways, all of these artists were taken away from us far too soon. To be honest, I still can't get over George Michael's death to this day. I hope they are all doing well in the heavens above.

You missed a few out including one of the most influential Nashville session musicians who played on Bob Dylans Lay Lady Lay ( Nashville Skyline album ) and George Harrisons All things Must Pass album, PETE DRAKE Pedal Steel Guitarist who died aged 54 in 1989.
He played on more sessions than all of the other Steel Guitarists put together during the 60s and into the 70s,

Saying Kirsty MacColl was struck by a powerboat isn't the half of it. she threw herself between the propeller and her eldest son. The owner of the boat was the half-owner of Mexico's largest supermarket chain and was able to bribe enough people to never be held accountable.
