tbh Paxton and Ben deserve better. Actually all of them deserved better. Devi can be obsessive over small details and ends up making selfish decisions. I do admire her intentions in some of her actions, but sis gotta chill!

I love the relationships in this show, especially between Devi + Paxton + Ben, keeping the yeah, we've been there and didn't work out. we're better off with someone else mindset. I wish all teenagers could experience this - the meet up, break up, and come out a more mature person.

My favorite moment was when Devi apologized to her mom at the end of season 1. They were able to get closure and it strongly improved their relationship with each other. I also liked when Fabiola went off on Devi at Ben's party. I think it was the reality check that Devi needed.

I have recently rewatched this show after my dad passing away, and it is a pretty beautiful portrayal of a teenager going through grief and struggling to continue her everyday lifewhich allowed me to appreciate this show even more! rest in peace, dad

So the whole Paxton driving to the dance couldn't have a slightly bigger spotlight on it's own? Not trying to pick sides I just think that scene was an incredible steppingstone and maturity growth development step forward for both of them.

Can these HS shows stop casting 30+ year old Asian guys as high schoolers. Cobra kai doing it with Kyler and This show doign it with Paxton. We get it u want adults in their early 20s and thats fine, but not 30 yr olds.
