Dan killing Keith on OTH and JTs death on Degrassi killed me. I was shocked by Marissas death on The OC, but I never particularly liked her, so I wasnt that traumatized. I also think Alex Whitmans death on Roswell, both Jen and Mr. Leerys deaths on Dawsons Creek, and Michaels death on Jane The Virgin were awful. Then Michael ended up not being dead just so are could officially choose Raphael. Another show that was short lived, but had a tragic death was Leo on Chasing Life. So sad to wake up to your new husbands dead in your bed.

I'm still lowkey traumatized after Freddy's brutal death on Skins when you heard all the noises from him getting his head bashed in. Then they had the nerve to cut to the scene of everyone dancing to that Kylie Minogue song like oh well I guess Freddy ran away and isn't going to show up to the party. I was pissed hoping someone would look for him so thank goodness to Cook for showing up even though his story ended up being somewhat sad too.

JTs death deserved more than an honorable mention. Gossip Girls reveal didnt deserve #1. Dan as Gossip Girl was crazy in a fan letdown way. JTs death was unexpected, traumatic and heart-wrenching to this day. It marked the end of an era during Next Generations run. Honestly, switch it out.

come on, are you serious? in all the ridiculousness that pll is, the charlotte reveal was awful. mona or toby reveals were much more climatic and epic, or alison being alive (even if it was obvious) was iconic af. did you miss me?

Plot twist are revelations that actually twist the plot of the story. Finding out the bad guy was the good guy kind of things. It effects the past story not just the future. The majority of the things on this list are not plot twist.
