quite a few of these i don't really agree with. it is more like a list of memorable female tv characters that aren't the main. i would agree with regina. and perhaps some others. quite a few of these shows are female led anyway. how about someone like irene adler from sherlock? and a supernatural women's spinoff almost happened - there are so many characters on there that could qualify, well if they were still alive.
some of these just don't have more story to tell, but for some i don't know. also, maybe female characters from Merlin, though most of them are dead. prequels could happen, but they'd be limited, one-offs, which would still be cool.

Brienne, it depends on how her story end on GOT (if she even makes it out alive. I desperately want her with Jaime so I'd hope he'd be part of her show too or at least they be a thing even if he weren't a regular.

I would argue that Regina is the main character of Once Upon a Time. The whole story revolves around her redemption arch. Emma, who is considered the main character isn't even in the last season and although the story is often told from Emma's view point her character was easily removable as the whole of the story revolved around Regina.

I'm surprised none of the Supernatural girls were here. They all deserve a spin-off, they don't get nearly enough screen time but they all have interesting storylines that would work great in a show.
