i mean he is great songwriter and composer but to be honest he was. bland singer next to other actors in Hamilton, especially Leslie Odom Jr (u can see it in Dear Theodosia for example, Groff, or Daveed Diggs. He was struggling with voice emission and articulating, he was struggling with hitting some notes, his singing was just flat. Which is funny considering the fact he HAD TO cast himself as Hamilton.

a song i would say is really underated is We Know the Way from Moana. Its such a wonderful song which makes me so happy as most native languages arent shown in modern media but in the first verse its pumped out in Samoan and Tokelauan. Although im not decended from the polynesians myself, they still respected that culture so much and the fact that its so underated just boggles my mind.

The world was wide enough is probably my favorite song from Hamilton (Then again I go back and forth every day) Death doesnt discriminate between the sinners and the saints it takes and it takes and it takes. Theres so much behind that, and Aaron Burr shouting WAIT after he fires. Its masterfully done.
