For me, this story doesn't make any more sense at this point: originally Void was presented as the all-corrupting force. Now it seems to be as easily wieldable as Arcane or Fel (another previously corrupting power that spelt the undoing of the user, now just more spicy Arcane.
I'm worried that everything would eventually lead to the entire story being focused on shadow and void, so my guess would be that in Midnight all elves will basically turn into Void Elves, because reasons.

Most of the complainers aren't even gonna pay attention to what's being said and will still complain about how bad the story telling is. Wait until the patch really comes out, analyze what you experience and hear, pay attention and think, see the raid, see the ending of the raid and THEN place your judgement.

Its fun when i realize another void lord like being Nether prince durzaan was summoned twice into Azeroth already not by void lords or Xalathat but Alleria. Once at the sun well and once more with the void elves.
Dimensius was supposed to stay a myth not become a wierd new big bad guy who will then talk abt how his herald was so bad. like srsly this is worse than Sylvanus atleast nobody cared abt the jailer.

The people saying 'we can't just have an enemy they always have to become an ally' aren't getting that Xal'atath is known for being pretty darn treacherous, her 'affable' mood towards us is likely a ruse, and there's a high chance she'll turn on us the minute Dimensius is taken care of, chill tf out for a minute.

Blizzard tries too hard to be different. It's already visually different. Which is why we play but seriously take a load off. Add some cliches or ironic cliches even. This cocaine boardroom think tank game design is getting old. Game needs necromancers, undead paladins, playable Venthyr and liches. Rock out.

That is interesting that locus walker and Ravel destroyed Kareesh. I think this is interesting plot development in the history of WOW and connects all these characters together.
Maybe this means Midnight is the destruction of Azeroth similar to how karesh was destroyed

Well in a way it fits Xal'atath nature she's lead a long life Betrayal of the Old God's those who had her if anything she's consistent she will and can betray the Void Lord's as well if there was something to Gain. And Xal'atath is anything she is a opportunist.

Destroyed Dimensius no he was not Destroyed and Dimensius was shattered into millions and more shard bits and all very much ALIVE
and karresh may or may not be dead its said Dimensius was shattered before he could FINISH eating karesh in the story

Tbh it would have worked far better if she remained bad and we discover the lore by hunting her alongside alleria, it would feel more immersive and not be like a peasant and carry the baggage and kill shts until next scene.

100% good characters vs 100% bad characters is unrealistic and boring, im more of a fan of complex characters with shifting allegiances. Characters that actually adapt depending on the situation they find them selves in.

That might change once Dimensius is dead Betrayal is coming from maybe everyone. Also don't be surprised if Xal offers us (player-champion) a chance at betrayal to Azeroth -- which we will of course turn down.

This is so bad. The endless one-note can we trust her from Alleria a 5 year old could write it better. WoW’s surprises are so predictable, and they’re not even good anymore.
