It is more hurtful when your partner is falling out of love with you, compared to them having arguments and conflicts with you. This is because when they fell out of love with you, they will become indifferent and do not really care anymore. It feels like a dead-end, and theres nothing to solve anymore. Whereas at least for conflicts, when there are arguments, there is still hope in solving them. Do you feel like your partner might not love you anymore? I think its important to realize that even if your partner is falling out of love with you, if the both of you are willing to work on the relationship then there is a chance your relationship will succeed. Personally, there have been times in my relationship when I felt I was on the brink of ending my 8 year relationship at the time. He and I met in high school and despite having the opportunity to grow together in life, it also came with challenges like us growing at different rates (i. e. personality wise, the way we communicated, etc. We had a lot of rough moments, but when we were on the brink of ending the relationship we realized we didn't want to be without the other person and made the effort to adapt, learn to communicate what made us comfortable/uncomfortable and compromise. In the end we learned how to communicate effectively with each other when either one of us is upset and learn not to judge one another for their feelings. For lack of better words we learned to understand each other better and accommodated one another's need to make our relationship work. I'm sure there will still be more bumps in the road we'll endure in life but at least we know we're both committed in fixing our relationship if that ever arises. We will be 10 years this year.

My wife of 16 years has left me and said that she fell out of love with me, but I can't wrap my head around this concept. I feel as though I will be in love with her until the day I die, and can't think of a single reason I would be able to fall out of love, it dosent seem possible. Is my way of thinking indicative of any certain personality trait or mental disorder that anyone can think of? Or is this a normal way to feel? Is there something wrong with me? Or different in some way even? I'm tired of hurting I don't wanna be alive anymore. I'm not suicidal, I just wish that something outside of my control would end my life so that I could stop feeling things. I'm so tired

I think my ex really did wanted to be only physical with me. Because well. he was only physical with me. And he'd get comfortable only after we got physical tho I found getting physical too risky. Especially just one month in our dating. We were even texting less. He'd also won't leave any chances of getting physically close. Tho I remember he did said how physical affection is his love language, the way he'd treat me with his physical affection screamed to me that he really only desired my body, not me. I am guilty of feeling the same tho this was at the beginning. I was trying my best to get to know him but he just never opened up enough.

Can we not keep pushing the narrative that people that fall out of love with someone are at fault?
You've done enough videos about how people can make themselves unlikeable and people falling out of love with them doesn't mean they deserve better.
You know people grow and grow apart. People that HAVE fallen out of love don't always give up. They still try to make that person they're not in love with that person they loved all over again, while people make them wrong for staying in something they're not fighting hard enough to really mean it.
I'm done fighting and changing my likes for someone that isn't trying to be attractive.

I have to worry about school.
I have to worry about my weight.
Ive never felt happy in 1-2 years now.

I kinda feel bad, I been married over 20 years and I can say none of these apply to me, but about 10 years ago I was DX with Fibromyalgia which has gotten worse over the years to the point where it is painful for me to be hugged on and touched, which really limits me and my wifes intimate connections like cuddling and we often do things together, but my attempts at intimacy have become a hand held out. Often because of this horrible disease, but I still feel awful and talk with her often about how it makes me feel.

An important note to add: If someone is falling out of love with you, LET THEM GO. No amount of begging, Ill change, flowers, or ill do anything to make you love me will change their mind. The only thing that will happen is they will feel added GUILT to their already negative feelings because they feel bad they don't feel the same way. It sucks, but the strongest thing you can do is thank them for the time you had together and let them go. Then go cry by yourself somewhere with a tub of Ben & Jerry's.

Weve been dating for 7 months already. And those 6 months was the best months in my life I had with him. But. When we hit the 7th month, hes so. dry. I relate to this so much. We used to spam stickers to each other, chat abt memes and he always gave me pick up lines. Now. Its like he didnt even want to keep up the conversation and it lasted 1 - 5 minutes. And I always have to text first. Or we will never talk. We never been to dates, or calls. Never.

It's kinda strange. I've been in a really intense relationship for years and she never showed a sign that she fell out of love with me. Everything was allright. Suddenly she told me that she doesn't love me anymore and left. It hurts because I know it wasn't a decision out of her heart and she still haves feelings for me. But after fighting for her I let her go because I still love her that much. I hope she can listen to her heart one day.

Hey sorry, I'm late. So, you have seen a suggestion comment before tysm for seeing it. I recently found out she has agoraphobia. I really wanna be a supportive bff but I'm afraid I don't know how to be supportive in this aspect. I really need some help. Thank you. I have been trying to read up on it but that hasn't helped a whole lot. Thanks for reading.

5: they stop fighting with you
I had a friend who would always try to start shit to get a rise out of me because she was bored. And she would always feel like she had to win. When I wouldn't respond she would be like you got something to say to that? Those instances were terrible and we weren't even a thing.

Aaa were friends but were really close she uses less emojis when her other friend comes she uses more. And she said to me call me when ( her new friend ) is on so I was sad that she didnt want to play and she didnt want to celebrate my birthday. She mostly ignores me now welp.

You should really pay attention to those signs. I didn't and in the end the best friend of my ex told me that he wasn't even trying to fight for us because he already had someone else. He was just continuing it for me. So I won't feel bad.

Different Voice!
There is not so much sorrow in loving yourself. You should not loving other more than you love yourself. Cause not everyone deserves more love and respect than you give yourself. Thank you & please remember that!

he fell out of love with me so many months ago. and i tried holding on. but i blocked him a couple days ago because it hurt me so much. he was so cold and mean. i knew he was tired of me so i left before he could leave me
reply

I don't fight. When he yells I walk away and ignore him. That's because I don't want to talk when my emotions are high. I only talk when he approaches me calmly. So do I not love my husband? Am I dark empath? XD
reply

well, he doesn't answer questions that I care about, which he doesn't. And he says things like I'm not mad at you, just sad for how this happened and deletes the post he posted during our Valentine's day together.
reply

We don't fall out of love it's just the feeling of missing like the old new days of love. Due to same routine in love we feel bored. If you fall out of loved you never love the person in the first place
reply

i know im really late for this video, but my partner left me today im. im not okay now, im not trying to make anyone feel sad, but. they were the only reason why i was happy. they made me happy
reply

I am the one who is falling out of love from him. And this video is so true. Exactly how I felt. Especially the no fight thing. I don't even bother to fight anymore. I just don't care.
reply

Fun fact: There is always someone out there that loves you. Be it romantically or platonically, and if by some crazy possibility no one does, know that I love you
reply

Things were going great and suddenly just so little messages and looking at them once every week or two. Yeah def falling out of love with me. It's great. -. -
reply

I hope people realize that just because you fell in love with each other, doesn't mean one of you won't fall out of love.
Sometimes love can be temporary.

reply

Love someone and Infatuation isn't the same thing, maybe if they're falling out of love, it's infatuation, not love (always a healthy relationship, obviously)
