The Liverpool and Manchester Railway is seen by many as the birth of the modern world. From its success, transportation, the postal service, access to fresh food, employment, leisure travel, business travel and much more, was all revolutionised. This success was then replicated throughout the rest of Great Britain, Europe and the world. Strangely enough, the very location of this historic event lays abandoned, although there is a campaign to have it designated a site of historic global importance.

Watt didn't improve Newcomen's Atmospheric Pump.
James Watt dumped Newcomen's Atmospheric Power for Steam Power.
To achieve this he had to invent the world's first practical, steam engine.
( in Scotland by the way.
The industrial revolution wasn't due to water power, it was the replacement of water power with Watt's steam power.
The rare water-wheels were replaced by the far more numerous steam engines.
This was the only factor of the industrial revolution.

They were the result of 1) the Scottish Enlightenment brought on by the reformation and their belief that people should be taught to read and later be educated more broadly and 2)the oppression of religious dissenters (non-Anglican Protestants) who had no other choices to be successful than to go into industry and other areas that the Anglican gentry generally thought was beneath them.

I think slavery is well slavery and terrible etc etc to the end of time. But I don't think it's end really played a factor in the succes or failure of the industrial revolution. Now by the later industrial revolution slavery became economically obsolete but at it's start was not affected by it. Slavery existed for cash crops not for real industry, it took a while for industrial revolution to mechanize those areas.

i willl tell u in 2 sentence - Britain put tax on shopkeepers and other indians tax and killed them.
After they made them forcefully buy British products even if they where totally fulfilled by local goods. this caused a big reason to make industrialist grow to make fulfillment in india but it was all forcefully made to buy indians this good and indians where rich at that time

You strongly point t the political stability in Great Britain during the industrial revolution. But you fail to even mention the seven years war or the war of 1778. Your video suggest, that political stability and economic success lead to the industrial revolution. However, you could have mentioned the economic hardship the people Britain were under during and after the wars.
