Had a look at a number of your uploads. Impressed at your coverage. This one reminded me of the trip I took to Banf and back to Vancouver one weekend. It was in 1986, when the fatal occurred on -your- line. I spend 6 hours waitinf for the west bound to finally leave Calgary (now seemingly not a through route for passengers. All trains had to be diverted to this line. Still recall the advice about having to steam the ice of the train brakes so that it could leave Calgary.

Hi, it's good to get feed back. I have watched some of your videos, Delhi Railway Museum is one of the more unusual places we have both posted videos about. I have many hours of video footage to post on You Tube from many countries. The hard bit is finding time to edit them, but I will get round to it eventually. Thank you for commenting. Tim.

Hi the trip from Edmonton to Vancouver takes about 48 Hrs, unfortunately the train passes through part of the Rockies at night. I have just looked at the Via Rail Web Site - there are some good deals available now. If you do the trip I am sure you will enjoy it. Tim

Howdy. Awesome videos sir. I took the -Canadian- Vancouver to Toronto in April 2008. What a journey. I got few videos from that trip on my account. Do check if you get a chance. You have captured this amazing trip perfectly. Keep more videos coming.

Great video and thanks for sharing. It is too bad our government has cut funding to VIA Rail. This train has been cut from three times a week to two times in the winter. I fear more cuts are coming to this great train
