How to Replace your Entire Driveway (Complete Tear Out and Repave) Steven: The drive has served you well over the last few years. I honestly would have thought you would have saved a few sections of it, framed them, signed them and sold them to the highest bidder. sadly its a little late now. New drive looks great.

Hey Chris! I m in the asphalt business. Just wanted to let you know you should use plywood underneath your jack stands on your new driveway for the first little while. It will take a few months for the asphalt to fully cure and your jack stands will push right through the new asphalt with the weight of a vehicle. And another tip is to avoid turning your tires on it for a few days to avoid scuffing the surface.
Big fan, love your videos. Cheers!

Sorry for the lack of content recently. Life happens I got the driveway redone so I couldn t film for a few weeks and then I went looking for houses in another state and got sick so I had to quarantine for another 3 weeks until I got a negative result. But now I m all better and back at making new videos so stay tuned! Thank you for the support!

Smashed it Chris. On another level. Still remember when my Vauxhall wouldn't start in the morning on a winter day, so i had to take a taxi and when i reached my workplace the first video I watched was How to fix a free car that cranks but does not start by Chrisfix. Was a fun experience: D Keep it up dude!

Why you would put back asphalt is Beyond me. Down here (South) they are a Fast/Cheap solution for where concrete should be. The City did out Streets/Neighborhood in asphalt and it's the worst. Good luck. I feel you will be Chris Fixing it again. lol

Early in the video you said that the driveway should be at least 2 inches thick and this is wrong. Drive ways should be a bare minimum of 4 inches. Preferably 6 inches or more unless you want to completely remove and replace again in 10-20 years

Your videos are motivating and have helped me fix some things on my vehicles I would ve paid someone in the past. I want to rip up and redo my driveway now. Thing is that s a big chunk of change and I m renting right now.

Thank you for telling us the price of the driveway. Most of these drive way repairs vids never say the cost, only the time it took/steps. Now I know it's something that's not too extreme to pay for.

Chris, may want to blur your address at some point. Fans are great but there can be some overly engaged fans that may show up at your home or haters can create headaches for you. Just a thought.

What type of driveway or blacktop sealer are you going to use every year to prevent wadder cracks from occurring? The hot/cold temp swings can make cracks appear out of nowhere it seems

I'm glad the company owned up to their mistake, and fixed the concrete walkway.
Most companies would lie and cover up their mess, but at least this one is honest.
