I see you have the Verus Pro on your newer videos now. Mine ran flawless but now I've upgraded to the Verus Edge which screams. It boots in 50 seconds and you can snooze it & it'll restart in 5 seconds, Windows 7 Embedded with an SSD. Wow we used United Radio Repair in Syracuse back in 1975 when I started working at Howell & Pierson Dodge in Johnstown, NY. Glad to hear they are still in business & they fixed all our warranty radios and never had a problem after they fixed them.

Eric, I know I'm way late to the party, but I worked for an automotive stereo component engineering and manufacturing firm for 9 years, and I can explain all about the GM audio systems as we did a lot of engineering for GM, and made a lot of aftermarket audio system components for it and a lot of other vehicles. Hey bro, where can I get a schematic like that, for free? I got major problems as water was trapped in the all the wire harnesses and many of the contacts have rusted out and broken off. Major hassle and the worst design ever to place a junction box between the door. Why not just submerge it in the washer fluid. Help.

For such a supposedly quality item the Verus still runs on Windows XP? For all the money you have spent why doesn't Snap On at least upgrade it to something a bit more sophisticated and modern? Seems as though Snap On could use some help with their computer options. Take Care.

united radio is awesome as youprobally know they do spedos too i beleve it was a different building we had to send them to they use to make us send the radio and amp though i remember it was a ponitac with the masoon system we sent the radio and they called asking for the amp

Definitely a GM thing. Both my father and I have a 2013 Camaro 1LS, and both have a radio/ HVAC unit that dies or freezes randomly. Super annoying. When that happens, no chimes, no signal clicker, no nothing. The dealer just wants to run a diagnostic and then throw parts at it.

I have an 08 Acadia an my radio all I hear is static sometimes the radio will work. I can have the car off an just open the door an there's nothing but like hi bass noise with static. I didn't no if u had any ideas on what i could do or think of what it might be thanks

i have the same problem except my radio is on but no sound comes out of the speakers. the day prior my speakers were making a popping noise and the radio would fade in and out. Sir, you are an awesome genius. you and United Audio. thanks for this video.

That Verus reminds me of my Samsung S6 phone, had a mind of its own wouldn't switch on then freeze then just switch off when it fancied, no joy with Samsung so ditched it for another brand, it'll be a dark day before I buy another Samsung product.

Snap-On should give you a new Verus Edge so you could say, this is great all day long, instead of the opposite, that's going on right now. They're missing a superb marketing opportunity.
