Another sweet vehichle we across the pond don't get. I love FORD'S performance vehichles (I own a 2018 Fiesta ST unfortunately its not the MK8 you have though I wish it was and what I thought I was getting when I went to purchase it at the time new one was coming then wasnt coming then wasn't but the U. S. was getting a special version of the last generation) car salesman either had no idea or just wanted to sell the car but all things considered its amazing car and I wouldn't have wanted to wait the 6 months for tune to come out(though there was even some confusion when I contacted cobb and mountune as to wether the 2018 in US was the same or not) Anyway we get no new FiST or FoST, I planned on keeping my FiST and next car an RS. RS discontinued. im jealous of Europe's banquet of performance vehichles from ford as well as puegot, i30N, etc. Ford left us with escape ST ($43K+ ST1) explorer ST ($52K+) a 5star tuning explorer ST will smash a Durango SRT in a drag race but for those prices $43-52K I could probably find 20 new vehichles I'd rather have that would be not just fast in a straight line. so we are left with what that is affordable from Ford Ecoboost mustang (love 2. 3 engine but just too big for my liking) Ford Ranger (tuned is quick even bigger, ST's priced too high. other manufacturers WRX (too dated, GTI (beautiful but already have a fiesta ST), Veloster N is only real option. yes type R but dealer mark ups make them too expensive. so either a used Focus RS (Ford that doesn't help sales) or new Veloster N. hope corolla GR makes it here or something comes along. Outlook in U. S. is pretty grim for Ford Performance there is nothing left too purchase in the states.

Am I the only one Who thinks that car manufacturer has changed -unpopular hatchback name to compact Utility vehicule! Let's be Honest it it a hatchback. First thing Puma ST owners will Do is putting some lowering springs or a set of coilovers!

Nice car but a worry about the longevity of Ecoboost engines with their wet timing belts, which are arguably supposed to last 10 years and cost a fortune to replace.

It looks amazing - I love the color on this car! To bad it isn't 4wd and has the 2. 3 ecoboost engine in it. Probably will be the best in its class!
