I have yet to see a comparison between a Golf R, Civic Type R and this. I'm sure you guys in the UK get an assortment of other competitors like the Leon Cupra and Megane but in North America, we only get the three hot hatches and goddamnit, no one has down a proper comparison of the three.

In 10 or 15 years time we'll look back on this insanely laggy turbocharged era and think -How could we have ever enjoyed that? -. Turbo lag is the biggest detractor from driver involvement there is. The mild-hybridization of engines can't come fast enough.

She's very hesitant about gears. At least four times, she put her hand on the gearstick, then gave up without changing.

Golf R, cup tyres, remap to 370hp. A nicer place to be I'd bet. Although I am biased. Ford done good job for the drifters there though, so hats off if that's yer thang.
