Hi Mark. My mom and I love watching your videos. She especially loves all your awesome reactions to good food. She just wanted me to let you know, in case no one has, whenever you go to an onsen, you never dip your head inside the water or wear anything in the bath. Unless of course they drain out and refill after each customer use. She's worried that other foreigners will watch onsen videos and think it's ok to put things in the water that everyone shares.
I'm so happy you got to experience a ryokan, especially a private bath one. Can't wait for yyoyrr next videos!

Its kinda sad that you cant really do all this when youre not speaking japanese. I mean yeah people still do but these Are probably Very adventureist people who can do everything. But for the normal City guy who doesnt even have enough bravery to go in a Bar he neve was or to Order Food je never ate befor its so hard to then go to this culture without understanding and i heard that japanese poeple dont really speak englisch at all. To even know that the green chanching, Dress- (i forgot the name) hakkon or something is for women and the blue one for men.

Mark how tall are you it seems your head will almost hit the ceiling and the Japanese costumes makes you like a woman but it seems you feel confortable but not only japanese has this kind of costumes I saw Srilanka, Hind and the Arabs looks like a long dress my gosh funny your red sandal, I like the tub? or swimming pool? so nice

Seriously I'm the biggest fan of you Mark Wiens nowadays really fantastic the way you eat not only shows your capacity it also shows that we shouldn't waste a single piece of food Amazing talent also try to get some records. That was a pretty expensive, unforgettable experience for the three of you. and I loved it! I wish I would experience that too! The food was not really that impressive but the presentation was well made, so it would look so appetizing! The feeling of being a one day millionaire is uncomparable! Lot of thumbs up for this.

Hi Mark - quick question - for the -onsen- you showed - 6: 11 - is it 100% private connected to your room and you can use it anytime you want or is it only available -certain times of day?
Is the water continuously heated or when you want to use it you -turn up the heat-? thanks!

I glad you got to see Japan. Many beautiful things. Their cuisine is healthy. I noticed Japanese ppl like their comfort in bathroom things. maybe you should buy some Japanese floor mats for your home in Thailand. Fun video thanks for sharing.

You should have stepped on the higher flour same height with Tatami room after having taken off your shoes. The tradition of taking shoes is not to bring in dirt clung to shoes and so stepping lower flour nullify the sanitary purpose.
