I think the images correspond to Sewell, an uninhabited Chilean mining town located on the slopes of the Andes, near the city of Rancagua.

Some advice to anyone planning to come to Chile (from a Chilean, Valparaiso is kind of overrated, I think all the other suggestions in the video are great, specially Torrez del Paine and the Lake District as well as the Atacama desert

I would to visit Chile. My uncle who visited recently said it was a fantastic place. Beautiful landscape, friendly people (albeit hard to communicate since we don't speak Spanish).

No 3: Valle de la Luna video = THAT IS NOT CHILE, looks more like Turkey or something. The real Valle de la Luna is pure nature, no ugly buildings. Look it up.
