Ryan you need to make better movements for gluteus medius! Other one is something that none of us dare to do because we are so insecure and other is heavy compaund lift just to get gluteus medius trained and it doesnt help me train it for some reason.

Thanks man, I’ve been else to believe you have to go all the way down on those cable crunches. I have abs and legs tomorrow I will definitely be trying your methods for abs. Also are standing cable crunches as good I should master kneeling crunches first

this is all sso thorrow btw ur waist doesnt always seem as narrow as it truelly is a think - it showed on one stretch on this vid - dod u do vaccums for that - and if so what does the vaccuum actually target - the 3 part layer on abs

If you've got the spine turtle head issue, I heavily recommend looking into Transverse Abdominus exercises and intentionally activating it while doing abdominal work. Really, really helps prevent the extension from hurting your spine.

I always wonder what you're supposed to do when you don't have access to hyperextension. I have a cheap gym. It seems like you can accomplish something similar with side bends I guess I know it's not quite the same but.

I did the abs machine at the gym. Now i max it out for reps. That's all. I think it's plenty. Now i should try eating less. I can do all that fancy stuff n think about it more deeply if and when I'm there n still not happy with it

I have buttered waffle abs. You can barely make out the lines thru the layer of fat smeared over top.

Humiston-Kratos is right! I switched to hanging leg raised in the elbow supported ab/pull-up stand ( >phew! < long name, the one with the back pad, AND my (rhymes with gum) gutters are starting to come in nicely.

I hope Ryan someday will figure out how to isolate rotator cuffs completely so i dont have to jerk off with those terrible classic rotator cuff movements where bigger muscles jump in way too easily.

My personal choice is to train my core to limit spinal motion, as they develop better that way. Because that's what they're designed to do. And also train them multiple times per week.

Having alot of herniated, bulging and prefer things disks and also major spinal stenosis, autheritus And more. When I do these it just sucks and limits my day
