Need some good dumbbell exercises, here's 6 of my favorite for the upper body. I had a few people reach out because they are either unable to go to the gym or aren't ready yet and wanted to know what my favorite DB exercises are for each body part. Instead of making a 10min video I'm breaking it up into two. You might not a agree with some of these but they have definitely been my go to over the past few weeks. Try them out and

I spend a lot of my free time watching workout videos and I really enjoy yours. You understand that we aren't interested in long boring explanations that go on forever but prefer that video makers just get right to the exercises Let's face it, a lot of us lifters just have short attention spans. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Is it possible to get this big naturally or is it more likely that this guy is on steroids. I have no idea really and don't even care one way or the other but I'm extremely curious what would be expected. I'd love to get this size but is it unrealistic for me to expect to get this size unless I go the route of steroids.

Hey Ryan, awesome exercises! I was very surprised with the -butterfly stroke- one and you-re spot on about the bench inclination angle. After 35+ in weight lifting I hardly ever get surprised by new exercises like this one. It also hit me all the back to my deltoid muscles. Kiddos kind sir!

The exercises are good but you do it and show it false Sir. From beginning with the 2nd exercise you always move with your lower back. People who are new or don-t know what they do, they break their back. Please take always a look at your own body and stay healthy. Thanks a lot

I'm an old guy much closer to the end than I care to be. Spent a lot of time in gyms over my life and I'm also a medical doctor. I don't think I've ever heard these exercises described better. Ryan, you audience is bigger than you might think. Well done.

Love your vibe, helped me a lot with my weight lifting. I was using workouts from some shitty magazines around my house and they didn-t work. But I like these workouts and they-re definitely helping, thanks a lot man. Definitely subbing

I just have to say Ryan, I almost enjoy your bluntness as much as your exercises. And if you don't know this, I have incorporated some of your suggestions into my routine. BTW, I've always worked out at home. Like you friggin care.

Started this 4 weeks ago, results are great, the hernia from your belly down shoulder workouts is gonna slow me down lol. But hey I can't complain. Thanks for the motivation. Dad bod battle continues

I've started using many of these movements as a type of f-#k you set after I am already fatigued. driving home sucks after that.
In all seriousness, any go-to's for recovery aid supplements after 40?
