Building muscle isn-t easy, but it-s certainly not complicated. If your goal is to pack on as much muscle as possible in the least amount of time, then there are 8 laws you must obey. Fail to apply even one of them and your results will slow down dramatically

Hey man love your videos bro! You and your uploads were the first thing i ran into when wanting to learn about working out, and i gotta say that they have genuinley helped me fall in love with the gym as well as making me more knowledgable with lifting. Ive watched almost every video multiple times and have tried to follow it to the fullest that works for me and my routine! I love how you use science based data to give us the best workouts possible and i was just wondering if you could make some sort of video involving stretches before, during, and after your workouts. I know its always good to stretch before any kind of lift but your videos are the best man!

I really don-t think you have to increase weight every time or rep count every time or you won-t gain if it-s still hard and your failing at the correct rep range you-re still okay and shouldn-t increase and lose reps or form over time you should but not every single session do you really think you can increase every single time? How about just better form etc? Some stuff it-ll be easier like barbell bench but try adding 5lbs even to both dumbbells for dumbbell bench or curls and you-ll hit a wall and start having shit Reps please respond to this

Love the vids. One thing I-m always debating is how long should you stick with a program before mixing it up? Do you ever need to mix it up if you-re being progressive? I don-t really believe in -muscle confusion- but I do wonder if programs get stale and slow results

your vids are great. so well put together I like when you throw in the research. and you aren't like a lot of other fitness you tubers who scream and have annoying voices, talk loud as hell, etc. such a calm, informative voice I can comprehend what you're saying. thanks

Who is this guy? He is proper educated, knowledgeable and proper wise. -Failing to be consistent can turn one year journey into 5 and causes loss of motivation-. I will keep this piece of advice with me for ever. -

I'm 64 love to workout and follow many of your tips but its always for the younger men or woman. Men at my age need to be told about muscle dystrophy and shown routines not to injure ourselves but still get results.

I love your content, i could tell you work hard piecing your vids together. The transitions and editing to make the visuals match your word. Also the blue shirt guy makes me laugh out loud all the time
