If you-re a naturally skinny guy whose goal is to put on the most amount of muscle in the least amount of time possible, then you have to stop performing exercises that are keeping you scrawny and weak. Instead, you need to focus on key movements that give you the biggest bang for your buck. In other words, exercises that add the most amount of mass with the least amount of work. These movements are going to have a few characteristics: 1. They are multi-joint movements. 2. They are fundamental movement patterns. 3. They activate your muscle fibers to a high degree. 4. They are easy to load. In this video, I share the 5 best mass builders for skinny guys that will give you the best ROI on your time

I hope I can transform too to healthy body. I lose weight because I had a trauma in pork and beef since 2018. I have also a GERD or acid reflux. So I can't eat more food. I don't know what exercises good for me. I can't speak english well. Hehe any advice with the same condition.

Agreed on everything except deadlifts. Just workout your glutes and hamstrings directly, and do something for your traps or even cable rows for your back. you will have the energy if you don-t DL. Worry about your spinal erectors another day. they aren-t huge muscles.

I'm kinda confused on the reps part, it doesn't say how many sets, if it's one set or like 5, so it's kinda hard to adjust the weights. Anybody any advice? Oh and do I focus on 1 exercise each day or several?
