Gonna apply DUP starting this week. I havent been training consistently and i started being semi consistent since january. Although i have climbed from 115 max to 170 max i need to be more consistent before i can even hit 225. Awesome vid as always. Keep up the good work

This guy sucks. At 47 I benched press 225 for 23 reps. How I was able was by developing my core because everything comes from the core then focusing on the triceps. This will allow you to achieve a bench of 225 not his fools suggestion. Try it.

What's so important about 225 perform good reps with the optimum rate and let yourself develop in, one with your potential struggling to hit a given weight is notable viable plan

Always classed as arching your back like in your Demo as cheating where I'm from. Putting your knees up no problems but arching like that is RUBBISH IMO OBVIOUSLY
