Thoughts on cutting out sugars when trying to build muscle or cut? i like to eat around 40-50g of carb in the form of candy each day mainly after or before a workout. will this make me gain more fat during my bulk?

Howdy Jeff, I have a question for you. Do you always adjust your lever belt so tight? I ask because it would seem somewhat hard to create IAP from having a belt so flush against the midsection.
