BULKING Full Day of Eating / Intra-Workout Nutrition / 365 lb Bench Orlando_s2k: you seem to get technical with macros and things of that nature. i just focus on the 1500 to 1900 cals. im like 5'7 and 250 to 260 i want to lose weight. im prolly 25 to 28 percent body fat. if you were in my situation would you do cardio and calisthenics, hiit to lose most of the weight? I dont have access to a gym around here. just a couple 30s and 25pound dumbbells diet ex. breakfast oatmeal banana protein shake 400ish cal / lunch salad sweet potatoes rice and meat 500/ whole wheat pasta or rice with meat 400 to 500. you seem like you know what your doing. what's your exprience. my focus is endurance and strength.

not that I'm that pedantic about it but could you explain the difference between dextrose and a glucose fructose intra carb drink? also I'm currently using c4 atm more due to the offer I got. is it your favourite pre workout? I used to mix my own but got lazy lol

+jeffnippard I see you shop at those Canadian grocery stores and train in 'thee' Canadian gym. Shout out to the fortinos/no frills/ food basics and crappy Canadian Walmart oh & the great 'goodlife'.

Is there some evidence to support carbs during training? I always wondered this but was under the impression that glycogen is hardly depleted during training? Great video as always Jeff

From personal experience and as a prep coach i would see HUGE value in your favorite progression schemes. How you gradually increase reps/sets/intensity week to week.
