As you know i rebounded hard in terms of weight gain post show and Tbh it doesnt really matter that much. The muscle gain is epic. I like your post show approach. what you did (20 lbs) seems ideal. Like if i just stopped at 20 lbs like you did, i'd have kept lean. 20 lbs is nothing. this might depend on body type, idk, maybe were similar but i have HUGE fluctuations compared to a lot of people. dropped from 205 to 185 in like 2. 5 weeks just from transitioning into macro counting again. In for your 405 bench. fuuuaaaark forever mirin. thats my long term goal loll

Always interesting to watch your's and Joshua's videos for new exercises / little twists to them. Who else do you find innovative/interesting to watch in terms of exercise selection? Great video as always man; )

Pretty high volume, I see, very similar to what I do. My usual upper body days have 2-3 chest exercies, 2-3 back exercises, 1 shoulder exercise ( usually cable lateral raises, like you did, 1 biceps and 1 triceps.

please leave ur vids at the 15 minute mark. i loved the new trainin split bro cant wait to se the lower bidy bit. also liked the vlog intimacy kinda thing at the end. i like when u show ur lifes routine. ur so cool.

Hey Jeff, you should make a video dedicated to mobility work/stretching/ whatever you do to not get yourself injured after 10+ years of training. That's probably where I need help the most haha

any reason why you use the ez barl curls for biceps instead of a straight bar? isn the straight bar better for biceps recruitment since there is more of a supination?
