HEAVY WEIGHT: THE ONE TRUE TRAINING TECHNIQUE (Bro Jeff Parody Video)

Total volume = sets x reps x WEIGHT, so technique does NOT actually matter for hypertrophy. stackered: ironically, many of these concepts that you are mocking are legitimate. cheat reps are real. concentric lifts are actually super useful not only for specific athletes but for any goal when used correctly, specifically strength goals. hyping is a legitimate thing any strength athlete or lifter knows to be real, but you can just ask the guys who are way stronger than you like Eddie Hall how important mentality is to a lift. cringe. just goes to show what a guy who likely does steroids who lifts light weight high reps and looks decent thinks he knows about lifting

Okay, so I saw your follow up video first, paused, and started watching this one. First off, funny as #%, but I know why you got so many dislikes for this video. You had the BRO gear, the BRO technique, and the BRO walk, but you were still speaking like regular, eloquent, well spoken Jeff. That's what ruined it. You gotta work on the BRO SPEAK, BRO. Throw in the YOs and the BROs, like a Jersey shore guido. Dats da way, bro

This is so great haha its good because I think people love who you are anyway and the fact your loosening up showing a less serious side to it all makes for great content man I really enjoyed it and have actually started watching more of your videos because of this =] keep it up man, mix it up dont be so serious and keep playing with that blend of serious to non serious content its great

Youre ABSOLUTELY right about everything hereI would also like to add that by screaming loud for everyone to hear as you push/pull the heaviest weights, and dropping them hard on the floor after your sets, not only gives you bestial strength, it also establishes your dominance as the alpha male at the gym. People will notice you instantly, and know whos the f cking boss

I love how he takes down the Skelton wall scroll at the beginning as if was a subtle way of implying that there will not be any science in this video lol. Edit: The dog tags, quoting Ronnie Coleman with Wikipedia as his source, etc. this video is on the BroScienceLife levels of intelligent trolling.

Id love to see a technique Tuesday video on correct ab form with proper workouts Ive seen people do torso twists and I was told by one of my professors about the negative aspects twisting your torso does so Id like to see your opinion on the positive and negatives of common ab workouts.

I need to find out more about what it is about such characters and touching things that are above their heads. like doorways and stuff. Sometimes even jumping to reach something. You instinctively entered that mindset lol. But it's just a known thing.
