How I'm Training To Get Super Strong (Road to 405 lb Bench) What Happened at the Arnold? Hjalti Örn Sólmundsson: Hey jeff, im a huge fan of your videos. I would like to ask you one thing, should I train if I have a lower back injury? I have APT which is anterior pelvic tilt, you probably know what it is, some days I am so bad that I have trouble standing up, walking, and just moving in general. This has been a trouble for me for almost 2 years and 3 months ago it was worse and then I stopped lifting because I just didnt get anything out of the excersise.

Thanks Jeff, I really enjoyed this vlog. Its great to see you getting your workout in. Looking forward to seeing day 2. Youve probably covered Keto dieting and I apologise in advance, that Ive only been following you for a short time. If already covered and you can remember, could you send me the link. If not, it could be a fantastic subject, for myth busting Monday. Shout out to your man. Wonderful camera work and editing. Norm.

Really informative and also really humble and down to earth, the industry, and especially the youtube area of it needs more people like you. Yes, more powerlifting content please, btw, my OHP is strong in proportion to my bench, which is not optimal for competition, really want to figure out how to harness all the strength in my shoulders and upper back for bench.

If having once done 405 as a max and is now doing 335 isn't a indicatation of steroid use I don't know what it. I don't care if it was at a heavier bodyweight unless we're talking about like 50 pounds. And for all science explained vids he doesn't know to internally rotate his hands in on the OHP to keep his elbows under the bar. That's why he doesn't have a good ohp

Met Jeff at gainz fitness a little while ago. Super chill dude, polite and even tho he was rushed and stuff, he still made time to stop for a sec and have a chat about bodybuilding etc. super cool dude, great content and respectively strong too. Keep up the awesome content

Pulled my right hamstring months back. I let it rest for about 2 months (no training. I felt better so I started slowly doing legs and deadlifts but now about 6 months later it is really bothering me and my squat form is uneven. What do I do?

Perfect inspiration for my favourite training day of all - THE EPIC FRIDAY MORNING WORKOUT but right now, I'd say you're an even bigger YouTube inspirer to me. Your vlogg style educational/entertaining framework is so well balanced.

Hell yes more powerlifting. If you're reading this Jeff I'd like to hear your input on mixing leg workouts with jogging. I have a lot of injuries including pins and a metal rod in my leg so I'm paranoid about overdoing things.

First off, from the men and women serving our country we salute you Jeff Your videos have been helping alot Next, do you have a video or can you make a video about building muscle density vs muscle mass? Can you do both?

sup jeff, I and probably most of us would be interested in having a FULL BODY vs SPLIT WORKOUT onlook from your point of view (to do with total volume mass) and so on. great vid per usual man
