The only thing ( natural ) body building does is aid in injury recovery and protection from arthritis and injury other than that it's useless. I don't care if you squat all day or split wood all day, your body will produce the amount of testosterone that is genetically possible, regardless what the studies show. It's all genetics, some have good ones and some don't. You can make your self look pretty, but it doesn't mean you can work all day slinging bricks or wood, it just means you look pretty. Same reason why some people live to 97 and some only live to 70 if they are lucky, it's genetics.

Hey man I love your video and really respect your opinion, im 21 and considering doing 1 andro pro hormone from steel supplements, its non liver toxic and doesnt convert to estrogen, other than the potential low libido I dont see any reason to not try this product other than maybe my age. I wanted to know your opinion, could I just do one cycle of this and then try to maintain my gains naturally? Please help I'm really trying to find information but I'm not seeing much on non methylated pro hormones. I want to know if there are any side effects i should consider before doing this to my body.

I'd like to see a study that measures the physiological and psychological effects of different forms of exercise amongst different groups of people. For instance chopping wood and other farm-ish tasks are probably more beneficial to a family who's ancestor's were peasant farmers for 1000 years. And any group that lives somewhere with a vastly changing climate probably had ancestors that were nomads and possibly better runners. I'd also be interested to find out if different exercises make different groups happier.

What this study tells me is that we are living wrong as men. Ive been a city rat living in finance, utterly miserable, cut down possessions, chined off as much digital and tech as possible, axed all social media, let the hair and beard grow move to the country get out doors into the woods and fields working, hunting, fishing, boxing, good god, didnt realise how happy i could be. Wake up we are effectively as a human body and brain the same tech as our ancient forebears we are living totally wrong. Peace.

A lot of high resistance endurance exercises raise test higher than lifting weights in easily a dozen studies I've encountered over the last 10 years. So if you run laps up a 50 degree incline carrying 50 lbs for an hour vs lift weights? Lots of studies produce these results such as CNS stimulants. A large dose of anhydrous caffeine before cardio will sky rocket test. Hard liquor will jack up test but then there's a massive backlash, it plummets and estrogen takes over like never before lol.

Hey Jeff, love the stuff and another great vid as usual. Was just watching an ATHLEAN-X video on 7 tweaks to seven of the most common muscle-building exercises and one was the lateral raise, which he said was an error to focus on internal rotation at the top of the movement, what would your take on that be? Seems to make sense to me due to the risk of impingement but I know you are an advocate of some mild internal rotation to the apparent greater muscle activation? Thanks

I was taught that a over reaching low rep hack squat before your main workout squeezes free stored testosterone from the largest muscles in your body. I always feel I make noticeable gains in strength and recovery rates after a heavy leg day. But this is something you do on occasion so you dont increase metabolic stress too much. If you do stress your metabolism, you will notice your resting heart rate increase for a few days. Its ok to do this but within safe limits.

DON'T READ FICTION. It's seriously a waste of time unless you're reading literary classics for specific reason. You have a unique opportunity to super boost your brain and consciousness if you just read the right books. It will change your whole life. Read philosophy, history, theology, esoterism, psychology, political philosophy, etc. There's tons of book lists on the web.

I split 30 cord of wood a year by hand and then I workout. I realized regular workouts for years were merely a warm up for doing wood for 6 months a year. It is literally brutal work from start to finish. If I brought the cross fitters out with me to do wood it would break there wills and bodies after a few days.
