Honest question. a lot of sports science types are saying that you should aim for 10-20 working sets per body part per week. This is 26 sets in one day, with 2 other back days in the week. Is this really sustainable.

Not a single wide row or a reverse fly, I don't get it why people do 10 back exercises while they all focus the lats, what about the mid traps lower traps upper traps rhamboids rear delts infraspinatus?

Really good video I've already ussd it to train. I have one question, the link in the description says wide seated rows, but vid shows close grip. So perform both? Problem solved? Lol

Isn't T Bar Row and Close-Grip Seated Cable Row the same? They look just the same, I'm confused. Could anyone help me understand the difference and which muscle they work?

i am also go to gym. i have eating a egg on morning wakeup time. but i don't have to time to boiled at morning. can i do for boil at the night. this good or not.
