Hold off on RTX or Ray Tracing cards, its just like buying a 4k TV back in 2011-2012 when they first became somewhat available, and look at all the differences and advances that have developed as well as the drop in price. IE, I just purchased a LG OLED C8 Series 65- with the a9 processor and its a huge difference compared to TVs from just a year or two ago with the 7 processor.

I understand that people want to defend AMD because it is a good company, but if you look at the benchmarks, the RTX 2080 outperforms Radeon VII in all the games I've seen tests of except for BF V. Furthermore, the 2080 costs around -800 lowest here in Sweden and the Radeon VII costs -850, so why should I spend an extra -50 for 5-15 lower fps in games?

90% of countries still have Vega 56/64 at bombastic hiogh prices so for price of Vega 56 in croatia i could buy rtx 2070 which are something cheaper but better then Vega 56/64 in 90% of games and for Vega 64 LC i could buy rtx 2080 which are on (much) higher level then Vega 64 LC! only rx 570/580/590 have some normal prices

Ask why cant someone come out with a HDMI port where the cables don't always come lose of fall out? I like the clip on display port connectors but dislike display-port itself, so can manufactures provide a solution for this? The HDMI cables always come lose on everyone of my systems when doing monthly cleaning of PCs

14nm 7nm who give as crap when all the other components remain the same size limited by the laws of thermodynamics. Just make the shit cheaper and stop trying to convince the idiot consumers that one guy vs another found a way to defy physics. 99% of the consumers don't give a shit other than who makes it cheaper.

Really it-ll be interesting to see what a Vega 64 with 4 times the memory bandwidth works at enhancing noticeable performance when it compute units are pushed to there max.

I dunno, I feel like this should have came out when Nvidia brought the 1080ti. Sorry AMD, but the glory days, like when they released the 9700 pro, seem to be over.

AMD are very pathetic with releasing of this GPU which barrelly can be on the level of 1080ti which are on 16nm but TDP power consumption are still higher!

Wow. Super Star Guest. Amazing stand that AMD has on the industry (compared to) Scott, a pleasure of interview to hear. 5 stars for him and AMD! Thanks guys.
