Step 1: create an account in improvMx Improvmx is a website, which help us forward our business email to an inbox, where you can read your Emails Go to improvmx And then enter your domain name and gmail address And your improvmx account will be created Step 2 : Add MX records to your DNS page Now in order to create a business email, you need to add the MX records into your DNS page So to add the MX records Just go to your hosting account and then add the DNS records. Note: Now, if youve got your hosting with someone else other than Godaddy, then you need to fix your DNS settings there. Step 3: Create an Email Forward. Creating an Email Forward will forward all the Emails coming to your business Email to an inbox where you can read your Emails. Once youve created your email forward. So to test it, if you send a random email to your business email, you would receive emails to your business email. So now you know how you can create a business email. So lets go to the next part of this tutorial where you would see how you can send emails from your business email. Now at this point, if you send emails from your business email, you can see that emails are going from your gmail address So to send emails from your business email . Step 1: Change a setting on your Google account To change the setting, Go to your google account And then enable less secure apps option on your google account. Once youve changed the setting You can go to step 2 (If you have enabled 2 step verification on your google account, you can watch this video to create your business email) Step 2: Add your Business email to Gmail. Once you add your business email to Gmail, You can start sending emails from your business email. All the emails you send from gmail will be sent from your business email. So youve successfully created your business email and you can start using your business email. Now lets look into the bonus part of this tutorial. Which is To create multiple business emails on the same domain. So to create another business email on same domain you need to create one more email forward in ImprovMX. So just Go to improvMX. Create a new business email which you want to create on the same domain name and then enter the gmail address where you want to use the new business email Now again you need to change the setting in your google account Once you have changed the setting... Next you need to add your new business email to your gmail address where you want to use the business email. And once youve added new business email will be added to your gmail account. Hi, Guys, watched many of your videos and they are very informative and thanks a lot. I have a question, email setup process, being the owner of the company, needs to keep a track of each and every mail should be stored into one predefined email address as a copy. I mean audit purpose as per the regulations. Can you guys put some light on this area in your next video.

I already registered my domain than I'll create impromx account so the impromx account can't create. Massage Shows: this domain is already registered.if that's your domain, please use the DNS TXT login method. How to slove this issue please tell me?
