My 3D effects were working fine, until one day, all the 3D images turn black when superimposed on the photos. I think it might have to do with the transparency issue? The computer recently updated and I had to reset some apps, I might'have done something wrong. Thank you for any help with this issue. Also big thank you for many other helps you have provided in the past. Your videos are great.

can you help me, I'm trying to save my 3d edit to video, but under 3d effect when I choose an effect, then play it, it shows effects when I press done and go to the main page it is NOT showing the effects. It does not have a save a copy button like this video, only done and cancel buttons. Anyone have the same problem?????????

the 3d images are all black - which is ridiculous - especially for the white fluffy clouds - there's no fix - hopefully Microsoft get it sorted

It's sad that you totally blow off the people complaining that the 3d images seem to be permanently discolored. We want to know if Microsoft has any plans on repairing this as it's going on half a year of dark ugly images.

For the ones who say 3d effects not showing, when you bring up video and you have to put an image in the video, then put the image down in storyboard, after that, you can click on 3d effect at lower right just under the video

My saved videos will not go to video editor. Can you explain why. Photos no problem. I transfered my vhs videos with roxio. Saved in a few spots. Photo app
