The video is well made: quick and comprehensive but the strong criticism is for the app, not for the video. I have a Brazilian sim card (bought 1/2022) and an android phone (2021), and unfortunately the video, and others like it, have very little relation to what appears on the phone. Using the app remains a disaster on multiple levels: inviting, adding or finding contacts, starting calls or texts (example: if you compose a text IN THE APP, it isn't sent THROUGH THE APP, it's sent as a regular text....so am I paying for it, if free texts are not in my phone plan?). A train wreck.

hi Kevin thanks, and nb I searched google but no avail. why does blue highlighter appear on voice msgs when i tap them to slide ahead or back? nb it starts numbering these now highlighted clips in window top left (the q is because my previous very old phone allowed me to use slider- without any highlighting (I can't seem to work out what highlighter now wants me to do) and, importantly, help ! I have not yet worked out how to slide back n forth to where I was up to in voice clip (my pals and I leave 30 min messages! , thanking you in advance Kevin .

kevin you did not show how to add people to your contacts. I tried to do it, and it did not work. Can ou make a video in that?
