moroccan My food philosophy includes eating foods that can be foraged, hunted, caught or grown locally in accordance with the seasons, climate, geography and sustainability. I cook a spicy, Moroccan goat simmered in a cast iron pot on the woodstove in the log cabin and pair it with sweet potato and a mixture of wild rice and long grain brown rice

I'm in the city! So goat is not available to me! And to be honest I don't know I would ever try it! LOL! But I love the idea about off grid cooking! I recently watched a video of yours though where you were cooking a lot of potato chips in some fat! Think it was duck fat? I'm on special dietary requirements cause of my weight! And recently the keto diet (no carbs) just kicked in? How is your heart? Your cholesterol? Your general overall health? I know you do a lot of work during the day! But some of your cooking makes me cringe? And I don't mean that in a bad way! Just an observation I've made! LOL! Cheers!

Love to see you cook. you cook like my mother and this means w/o a recipe! Keep it up. Have you ever thought of learning to preserve foods in jars, like sauerkraut, jarred cauliflower, carrots and peppers, that are very healthy for you?

Shawn, have you ever filmed a meal that you prepared and it turned out so poorly that you couldnt eat it and you stopped filming? Dont know if I do bear, but some of your creations look mouthwatering!

Even if I'm too busy to watch your video, I listen to them for the sounds. You have the best sounds! Oh, and if you put a few grains of rice in your salt shaker. it will keep it from clumping.
