I have never been more alive while watching someone making a real and true life in prosperity and tranquil. I have always wanted to be able to do what you are doing here. So you are most definately teaching me that i can do more then dream about. Its truely amazing! You are a huge inspiration to me and i feel blessed to be able to learn as you go through making something truely great out of natures possibilities. MAAAN i would love to live in Canada too. But nothing comes for free. Gotta work the realize dreams

hi just watched your video building your stairs, very enjoyable your cargentry skills are amazing, the way you have to prepare each piece of wood and making the round dowels, your relationship with your dog is great, keep posting your videos just love to watch em, from a very cloudy england thanks.

I remember making my own log scribe from 75 year old scrap iron I found in the ground at the site of my 1923 logging camp. I also made a wheel barrow from scrap metal I found there. The wheel came from else where, I must admit. Wallace Falls Timber Company was the place.

So many people comment on how relaxing the videos are. I agree. But why is watching a man work hard, relaxing? I think the secret of these videos is listening to the crackling fires and of course, the real star of the show, Cali. I wonder if she has an agent.

I'm having the same problem over here in Nova Scotia. The land is all rocks and I've spent many hours trying to dig 4 holes. I'm still in the process.
