Hey Sam, The phrase the whole kit and caboodle originated in 19th-century America and is thought to have evolved from the following sources:
Kit
The word kit has been used since the 1300s to refer to a wooden tub with handles for carrying goods. By the 1700s, it came to mean a soldier's provisions.
Boodle
The word boodle is thought to have come from the Old English word bottel, which means a bunch or bundle. In the 1830s, boodle began to be used in American English to mean a group of people.
Caboodle
The word caboodle is thought to be a corruption of the phrase kit and boodle. The prefix ca- or ka- may have been added to create alliteration.

It looks like the pans are better. I bought 2 origional STCG 12 Cast irons pans. If you were to drag a paper towel across the surface you would not make it to the other side of the pan. They were a mountain range of seasoning covered sand. Horrible pans back in the day. Good to see they are being made better. or, that one was resurfaced.

I never get sick of watching Sam burn his mouth. This one was epic though, this one I am certain caused mouth blisters. Does it get any better
Merry Christmas to you Sam, and Kellie, and the assortment of boys you have loitering at your house at times, some were probably raised there. I hope you have a lovely day.

During the vacuum caused by the decrease in production of rooster sriacha, McIlhenny released a Tabasco-brand sriacha, and I swear it's the best I've had. It's like the rooster sauce with the addition of that aged Tabasco profile. Recommend!

Hey Sam,
Just an FYI, unless your Jewish people are Christian people, I believe the bacon (or other pork based products) may not be so cool with them for breakfast. Maybe not the best Hanukkah dish in the morning for those people.

Instead of using shredded cheese, I found that it works better (for me) to use chunks of cheese. When the cheese melts during cooking it leaves a small pools of cheese. The shredded cheese just gets lots with all the other ingredients.

I prefer using a stick blender (immersion blender) to whip my eggs for scrambled eggs. I add a dollop of sour cream to the eggs and whip them up for about 30 seconds. They turn out incredibly fluffy.

I make something very similar, with bacon and chunked ham, eggs, cheese, peppers, onions, and hash browns, all scrambled together. seasonings. but I don't add bread to it. That seems weird.

Oh, hey - for a New York riff on these everything bagels, you could skip the bacon (or not, use schmalz to saute the veg, and then add capers and smoked salmon to the mix.

Jodhpurs are trousers shaped like that go down to the ankles. Breeches are the ones tucked into riding boots. Jodhpurs go with Jodhpur boots. I enjoy your programmes.

What about taking the bagel croutons and blitzing them a bit and using them as a crumble near the end of the cook Rather than adding the big chunks to the eggs

Sam go to Costco look for underwood’s sriracha. It’s the farmers that grew the peppers for the more known sriracha. Unto they screwed the farmer. It’s delicious

As always, you are a trip. For those who don't want bacon, you could use chopped up breakfast sausage patties and it would still be pretty tasty.
