You gotta try these!
As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs.
1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
1/4 Part Peanut Butter
1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
1/2 Part Mayo
Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide)
Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork until fine.
Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
After PB and Horseradish are mixed
Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. Do not over mix or it will separate!
Put mixture in eggs I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers.
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top. these!

Sam I’ve been watching your videos for years, I love all of your videos and cook most of your dishes after watching. I have one request! I’ve seen all of your lobster videos, however a new favorite of mine to make is the stuffed lobster tail. A lobster tail that is cut open, placed ontop, and then using a crab stuffing piled ontop, finished with a panko breading to coat it. This can only be correctly done if you make a homemade flat pasta from scratch with a cheese sauce. Serving the lobster tail ontop or along side the cheesy pasta. If you want the exact recipe I use, send me a message. Would love to see your version of it, because I’m positive it’ll be better than mine! Let’s see it Sam!

Instead of masa harina, you can also use diced up corn tortillas. They'll dissolve in the soup as it cooks and you don't get any raw flour taste like you can with the masa harina. It thickens and flavors at the same time and also gives it more of an authentic enchilada taste. And lots of colby jack cheese in the cook tastes great.

I cannot thank you enough for your discount code for Kewpie mayo. I’m probably 2 hours from the nearest international market, so I ordered 5 bottles! With your discount code though, I got 5 for the price of 4! Just arrived today! What should I make with it first

Hey Sam, have you done (or can you do) any keto recipes, there are some great ones with cottage cheese or cauliflower rice. They tend to be high protein and generous amounts of healthy fat (which means flavor. Seems right up your alley. Whatever that means.

In Aruba, i was in a restaurant that served a 'nashville hot chicken goober burger'. It was a burger with nashville hot fried chicken, honey bacon, peanutbutter and jam. Sounds weird but tastes amazing. Would love to see you make a burger like that

Made a double batch because your pot looked like it had 2 servings. My pot is full to the tippy top of delicious chicken enchilada soup WITH the Monterey Jack Cheese, cilantro, avocado, fresh lime juice, and tortilla chips. Yum

I was about to write about cheese when you started talking about just that. OK, but also after everything in on top maybe a little Mexican Crema (or a little sour cream)
Also, what about a green sauce version

Sam, how about your take on the viral Dominoes pizza. Garlic Parm pizza sauce, cheese steak, bacon and extra cheese using a cheddar mozzarella blend. I'm interested in your take on it. Thanks

I'd strongly recommend first using the broth to deglaze the cast iron skillet that you blackened the chicken in. Then add it to the soup. You don't want to leave all that great flavor behind.

Can you do a recreation of Great Value’s Southwest Style Chicken Pasta I used to love it years ago, then they took it away. When they brought it back, it didn’t taste the same.

Just used your all purpose rub on some squirrel. My pregnant wife said it smelled great. Then she remembered it was squirrel and she threw up. I thought it turned out great.

Good looking soup. BTW I use my finger for picking my nose, not my friends nose cause that would be gross! Maybe I'll wash it before stirring the blackening seasoning. Lol

We make a similar soup, but corn and black beans are added. And the cheese is definitely better added right before the crushed tortilla chips with a lil sour cream.
