Sam, I moved into a house for college last year. I've watched nearly every single video since then and consistently use your recipes for my roommates, but also for my family. A variety of recipes helped my family make it though quarantine and they've blown away my roommates. Many of these come with leftovers but I would love to know how to repurposed leftovers for a new meal.

My husband hated onions forever until he was diagnosed with diabetes and we lived a sugar free diet for a year or so. He now loves them and can taste the sweetness of onions. I myself love love love onions and garlic!

I love all kinds of onions, but my husband does not. He likes the flavor of onions but picks them out of everything unless I dice them miniscule! So, it must be a texture issue for him.
