I think the reason why you learned to cook in the first place gave you the edge on how to teach people how to cook. You dont talk over our heads. You dont cook things that are intimidating. You dont have 30 ingredients. You cook things and present them in a way that makes me feel like I can do it tonight for dinner. Thank you!

Mmmm! Salami and eggs are great. It's the best way to cook eggs and so many other things. I love making it way you did here only I'll also take a plain or onion bagel slightly grilled with butter and make a breakfast sandwich with them. Now, I have to go make one after watching this this morning.

Looked like a greasy, sloppy, and over-cooked mess. The eggs looked rubbery. When I cook accompaniments to scrambled eggs I cook them first in the same non-stick pan I use for eggs. Top the scrambled eggs with whatever I may cook along-side them. Mushrooms, Peppers/Onions, Ham & Spinach etc.

I've been putting salami with eggs for years. Stirred into a scramble or in an omelet. Either way is great. If you REALLY want to kick it up you can do a 4 egg omelet with prosciutto, mozzarella, and pecorino Romano. It's almost too rich to finish. almost

Old episodes woulda shown more of the egg cooking part, cause these seems kinda dry, still, it looks amaaaaazing! Onions always fit my eggs, salami? That's a new twist I'm gonna giva a try right away! Much love! From Belgium

I love scrambled eggs, but I always seem to heat the pan too much and causes a layer of egg to stick. Thanks for the videos and tips. I have been a fan for many years and the family thanks you; o)

Great idea, poor execution. Sorry BRU. Maybe do a potato hash with breakfast sausage, ham, pimento cheese and two over easy eggs on top with a spicy vinegar sauce and chopped chives?
