Hot sauce! Franks. Then you can die happy. There are two ways that you can tell that the food is life-altering. 1: You have a large group of people in a room but nobody is talking. They're too busy scarfing the food. 2: You burn the shit out of your mouth on the first bite of food because it is nuclear hot. You go right back in for more anyway because it's that damn good. I think that this probably accomplished both prerequisites.

Let me tell you something 1. Your an amazing cook watching you cook always makes me want to cook/grill. And i love grilling. 2. This episode was on the money prefect. Why? everytime I'm drunk I watch your videos to come up with ideas. But then the next morning i'm like holy shit. that was really good and cook it again sober, and its even better. You have really good tips on ideas with combinations of things and it just makes me want to cook more and more

I know you don't _have_ to make the hash from scratch, but I went looking in my local supermarket and I can't buy it (here in Australia, so any chance you do do a revipe one day where you do make it from scratch so those of us who don't know how and can't buy it can learn?

If the hash browns were frozen, with a potato being so watery. It becomes aerated, due to the water freezing and expanding inside. This could be something you actually want, like certain french fries benefit from it. Probably makes your hashbrowns more crispy.
