Recipe is 3: 33 long and some are complaining about authenticity. You can easily infer its not a traditional recipe. you can be Rick Bayless and spend years researching authentic Mexican cooking and spend your life cooking it, but not traditional. People complained about canned sauce no one detailed an easy way to go traditional. My dad isfrom Belize and he used canned stuff some of the time. Why, because its goddamn faster
