I love you Sam, but when are you gonna make a Latino/Hispanic dish that's NOT of Mexican origin. show us how to make a Cuban Arroz Con Pollo. or maybe something as simple as Cuban Mojito, a garlic/olive oil sauce most everyone loves to add to their grilled chicken. or if your eating Cuban food, it's awesome on yucca and lechon! You showing us the best way to make a lechon in the traditional Caja de Chinos might be to much to ask but com'on, step outside your Latino/Hispanic comfort zonealready!

I've eaten like a thousand fideo recipes from a thousand different people and all of them are different. All of them were also delicious. Fideo seco, Tex Mex fideo, sopa de fideo. If it's got fideo and tomato in it, it's gonna be good! I'm looking forward to trying this during winter. It looks like a stew. Would be awesome topped with cracked black pepper and fresh cilantro. Some buttered, toasted bolillo to accompany it. Good job!

Sorry Sam, this Mexican girl right here is gonna tell you that its all wrong. This must be the American version but totally not done like this although your version looks yummy its def not the traditional Mexican way of making sopa de fideo.
