Hi A! I really liked your recipe today. I would all them ingredients except for the mushrooms. I dont eat them. The noodles look so. Yummy. You did a real good job making homemade egg noodles. Bet they tasted great. Yummy! Take care.

Love lo mein and love shitake mushrooms! My recipe is similar to this but I normally use spaghetti noodles lol definitely want to start making with egg noodles. Thanks so much for sharing Your videos are always the best

A lot of people have prejudice against oysters sauce and fish sauce. But they don t realize that they eat it all the time when they get Chinese takeout. They don t know that they like it. They just don t like the name LOL

Could you do an explanation video of exactly what some of these sauces are? Like what exactly is oyster sauce? What is hoisin sauce, etc. what is the difference in light and dark soy sauce?

We are seafood free in this house, and I just ordered a vegetarian oyster sauce on amazon. Haven t tried it yet, but I m looking forward to it!
