Angelica! Already another recipe I have to try! I have so many printed recipes in my recipe binder now that say Angelica's _____ you can't imagine. I just bought the Ottogi curry powder today to make your ground beef, potato, and carrot curry! I can't wait to taste that. But now you make this chipotle beef that I bet would go so well with your chipotle rice! I have a slow cooker but I usually like to just start the prep in my enameled dutch oven and braise it on low low in the oven. That way all the fond created from browning the roast also gets into the pot, though I'd probably have to add a bit more liquid. Wow those tacos look amazing! I want some of those onions in mine! Anyway, ground beef curry first!

Hi A! I really don't eat any fat. I have not made a beef chuck roast in like 40 years. We like Rump-Roast. Maybe you need the fat to cook this recipe. Anyways it does look mighty tasty to me. Your Christmas tree looks very pretty. Nice decorations also. Hello to your youngest SON. Such a cutie-pie. Nice Video.

I would appreciate your help. You make a top ramen recipe which was topped with an egg. We made, and thought to use it often Now we are unable to find the recipe. About when did you make it We’d love to get the recipe and write it down. Thank you

I grew up with my mom or dad either slow roasting or slow cooking a chuck roast for sandwiches, tacos, burritos or whatever. My husband lost his mind when we got married because no one had ever made it that way. And it’s so easy especially in the crockpot.

I add lime juice and honey when I fix it to cut down on spicy since my youngest and husband can't handle spicy anymore. But its good when I fix, I put over rice and beans.
Im going to fix it this week!

I like how you say sometimes, this is what I had so this is how I'm doing it this time. That's what I do. It's not exactly the same each time. Thank you for showing how flexible recipes can be.

I'd add a few tablespoons of beef broth to that pan to get all of the flavor from it then dump in the crockpot with the rest
