We recently discovered the Butterball turkey tenderloin which is basically a breast. At my Walmart they are $11. 96 and contain two. I used the Kinders Blend and browned the breasts in a little avocado oil. I baked it at 350 for 20 minutes and they were done! So moist and tender! I can’t justify a whole turkey for just two of us.

I love most everything you cook, but 3 thanksgiving dishes with cheese and 2 with bacon is a little much for me. I don't mind fatty food, but I like variety. Seems everyone on YT smothers most every dish with cheese. Absolutely love cloverleaf rolls idea. ty Angela.

The only other thing I would suggest for 1st time cooks with a turkey is to remove the neck, liver, gizzard, and heart from inside of your turkey before cooking it. These parts are normally inside of the body in a bag of some type.

Love your food! I’m listening to this while I’m working and your voice is so soothing and keeps me relaxed. I’m a lot hungrier, but that’s perfectly ok

I cook my turkey in my big nesco roaster & also would use it to do a few chickens. Comes out delicious and juicy. Plus great drippings for gravy.

Hi A! I got a Electric Roaster last Christmas. Never used it yet. Before putting the insert in do you need to put water in the bottom part of it.
