Todays recipe is a simple way to enjoy shrimp at its full flavor and juiciness: salt-roasted shrimp (Saeu-sogeum-gui. Melanie: Once when I was a kid, my parents and I were staying at the beach for a short vacation. I remember a gnarly storm was blowing in and we were standing behind some sort of break wall or something like that watching the waves. I have always loved being around the ocean. The next thing I know, mom and dad are pulling me down off of the break-wall because I had started to climb over it so I could go get a better look at the sea.

I have a question, doesn't all that salt make the shrimp too salty? I want to try this recipe but I'm afraid it's going to be too salty. Great recipe! I love your videos they're so helpful and you cook with passion!
