When I tasted my grandmother's kongbiji-jjigae for the first time, I could not believe such a delicious dish existed in the world! Tijuana: Keep eating Maangchi! My mouth is watering! :-) I'm going to attempt to cook this recipe. I have both of your cookbooks, and I LOVE your recipes! I tell Everyone about you. I sent my sister a picture of one of your recipes I prepared, and within seconds, she had ordered both of your cookbooks as well. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication!

Hi maangchi! My parents are born from Korea and Im born from Canada. Im 12 years old, and Ive been in depression lately, but Ive been watching your cooking videos and it has supported me so much. I havent been to Korea in like 3-4 years and I couldnt find the taste of Korea. But your recipes remind me of myself being in Korea, eating a wonderful dish with my grandma. Your recipes are delish and amazing. Your pretty, beautiful, and kind. everything kid like me wants as a parent like you, maangchi. Thank you so much for curing me and sharing these delicious recipes. I dont know how I could thank you properly.

I always make tofu at home and I am always wondering what to do with the pulp and now I know! Im making this (sort of) tonight!

You could make this vegetarian or vegan! You could replace the anchovies and pork with shitake mushroom and tofu (or mock meat)
