Do you have a recipe for a cold seaplant salad? They sold it at Super H Mart in Skokie, IL and it had at least 3 types of seaplants, sesame seeds and sesame oil with a little hint of vinegar and I'd like to make it at home, even if I must order the ingredients online. Thanks for your help!

Maangchi, your method of cooking the sea vegetable is so very good. The sesame oil adds such good taste. Before that, your boiling twenty seconds and cold water rinse retains the crunch of the vegetable so well. I thank you.
