I find it harder to know exactly what Lucas thought when he spends the entire video with the cook/owner; it just makes him seem less free to express himself (or he had little to express today.

Not a fan of tilapia in general. I usually find it bland and a bit dirty like bad catfish. If yiu ever find a fish called swai, get some. Inexpensive, meaty, flaky, and really loves spice.

I liked the look of the food. Simple, uncomplicated, and looked delicious. Big chunks of individual flavours. The blanket was a bit. I'm struggling for a word here. Disrespectful? Dunno.

I love how all the food represented is exactly what my mum makes at home. Little bit dissapointed at the lack of jollof rice in this video but it was great overall
