I love the look of this, and the way it goes together. Gotta try it! Though not being even vaguely vegan, I tend to see it as a really refreshing side to a big rack of ribs. LOL

To all the vegans asking her to make vegan recipes. Please just sub your ingredients with her vegetarian recipes? If I have to figure out how to ad meat, you should have to figure out how to use flax seeds instead of eggs. Jus sayin; )

I don't like to use spaghetti in One Pots because it tends to get gluey, unless you keep stirring it. I add corn to black bean/tomato combos, just because. this looks like a great idea for a quick, yummy dinner.

With a few minor changes, like keeping everything crisp and uncooked (aside from the pasta, then tossing in some sort of vinaigrette, it would probably make for a good cold summertime salad.

LMFAO, boner petite! I hope I can remember that one. The pasta is so pretty. I agree on not breaking spaghetti. Why would you do that when there are a bajillion other small pasta shapes.

The $. 99 store has really sturdy paper bowls these days. It's probably hateful towards trees. But now you still only have one pan to wash whilst feeding the hungry mob. Bone apple teats.
