I'd be interested in seeing more slow cooker recipes with some good, strong flavour. I bought a crock pot just before Christmas and have mostly been throwing a bunch of stuff in and hoping for the best! Thanks for all your great videos. I started cooking full time for my family about a year ago and all our favourites come from you. Love from Ireland.

Mmmmmmmmm ranch. Ranch is life. I feel like ranch is the American equivalent of one of those pervasive regional foodstuffs that outsiders just don't get. Like vegemite or marmite or kryptonite or balut or durian or that putrid fish flavor 80 year old Japanese grandmas are into.

Hi Hilah, great vid I'm looking forward to trying the recipe, I never thought about using ranch dressing mix as a rub, I would have removed the membrane from the back, it can be a pain in the ass to remove but can improve on texture. Thank you for your work

Got it! Thanks Hilah, looks delish. I know this isn't your normal gig. but can you do a show and tell about your slow cooker there? Looks like a nice one, never seen one like it before! You look absolutely beautiful too by the way. :-)

Oh my God! I am so going to try this out! I do like sweet sauces but my hubby dislikes them. This is perfect! Easy, looks very tasty and perfect for football season. Thanks, will search for other winner recipes too.

You should get a Dutch Oven if you don't have one already. I make a mean St. Louis style rack with homemade BBQ sauce. 250 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. OMG! I'm making those this weekend. Thanks: )

->>>--ur2. pl/1064-- I wanted a good crockpot that had a timer on it. Love that I can set whatever temp and time I want and then it automatically switches to warm once that time is up-

This looks great as I'm not much of a BBQ sauce fan. Could I swap out pepperoncini instead? Also could they be cooked on low and if so how long? Thanks in advance. Cheers
