How to Roast chicken: delicious, juicy, crispy-skinned, roasted chicken with caramelized onions, lemon and herbs! Roast Chicken Recipe at nyslor1982: Thanks for the video! I tried this recipe and the chicken tasted great and very moist! Even my 9 yr. old neice loves it and wanted some more of it! I tried making a chicken noodle soup that called for a whole chicken to be boiled, but I wasn't happy with how that soup came out because the chicken was dry and I did let it rest, but it fell apart as I took it out so maybe thats what caused it to get dry. But I tried a different noodle soup using the leftovers from this chicken recipe and it tasted so good! Thanks again!

Good job. I was looking for a simple recipe for roasted chicken but with some zip. I'll try this but replace the paprika with cajun spice and a few dashes of cayenne. It's going into my first attempt at a creamy chicken soup but I want all the flavour and heat to burst out in the chunks of chicken. I see a lot of rude comments and just wanted to say you're doing a great job. Ignore the idiots. Thanks for the tutorial.

Was in charge today to cook the chicken, everybody else out. Sitting in uk thinking do I need to cover chicken or not. I loved this video and in particular the American accent, was trying to place it. Maybe where we went last year Carolina. Anyway thanks for the easy and friendly video, from Mike uk Sunday p. m in the late summer breezy day

-Cooked my thanksgiving turkey beautifully this year. It was very convenient to use>>>--ur2. pl/1203-- and I was happy to not take up half my oven cooking the turkey. It cut down on my total cooking time for thanksgiving. The turkey came out moist and tender. Easy to clean after use. -

Watched this again 7 years later. and I heard all new things this time. Trussing and basting ain't no thang if it's a smaller, lighter chicken. wang. wait. chicken wing and body. Something like that. (Maybe I am still not hearing correctly)

Hilah, I love you. You had me cracking up. You make cooking so hilariously fun. And easy, I must add. Thank you. I heard what you said about Sunday. And it's Sunday, so I'm about to go hook this chicken up! Thanx a lot!

Thanks for the info. I was wondering about the cooking time. You have a 4lb chicken for an hour and half at 425 degrees I have a 9. 25lb oven stuffer chicken. Is there a rule for different weights?

Great video, I personally use a Chef Remi Cooking Thermometer that i bought on Amazon for $15 when roasting a chicken. It has never let me down. Do you use a cooking thermometer?
